If you see this message even after entering your Username and API key from your ADX Account Page please try the following:

  • Open the Preferences window and ensure that your Username and API key are entered correctly.
  • Add any letter at the end of your API key, then delete this extra letter.
  • Press OK and try running a separation.

If you continue to see the message, please reach out to support.
